During your apprenticeship, you will have a dedicated contact person who will look after you and provide you with advice and support. A fair apprenticeship allowance is a matter of course for us; for example, we cover 100% of the cost of the HVV ticket for our apprentices. You can also look forward to holiday pay. After your apprenticeship, all doors are open to you. A particularly practical highlight of my apprenticeship as a shipping clerk in the tramp sector is the regular opportunity to visit ships in Hamburg and learn directly on site. During my apprenticeship, I take on independent tasks in communication with ships and captains and work on my own projects. This practical experience and the varied work for ship owners enable me to gain valuable insights into the shipping industry and to continuously develop my skills.
